The Board of County Commissioners are the overseers of Monument Park, Governor Dick Park, Lebanon Valley Rail-to-Trail and Union Tunnel Hill recreation areas in the County of Lebanon.
All persons desiring to use Monument Park which is located at 8th and Lehman Streets in the City of Lebanon must obtain permission from the County Administrator or designee. Request must be made to the Administrator at least four weeks prior to the activity, and he/she must present an outline of the general purpose and scope of the activity.
